Which proposal idea is better?

I am planning to propose to my girlfriend this summer. I am thinking about either asking her at the first place I ever saw her, which is a restaurant. Or we are going with our kids and my sisters and their kids to Disney World and I was thinking about asking there. In your opinion which would be more memorable and special? I am also open to any other ideas...thanks!
