Birthday celebration places?

Hi, We live in Phoenix, Arizona. I have a 2 year old kid. We are planning to celebrate her 2nd birthday outside in some tourist spot. Could you please suggest some party ideas or places where we can take her in Arizona and make this day a memorable one. Thank you so much for your suggestions.
