I need help with 14th birthday party activities.?

My 14th birthday is coming up in a month. i want to have a party with about 9-12 girls. i don't really have a theme.? but the real problem is: what activities/games should there be.? My friends aren't really girly girls and their not really tomboys either. Most of my friends love Harry Potter but a couple of girls i want to invite aren't really into it. I thought maybe an Asian type party, but what will be the activities.? i don't want this party to be really dorky either, something memorable. I'm NOT allowed to have a sleepover, even though i really want one. i don't have any fun game systems that the guests could play on. &the time i'm planning on 5:00-8:30. &i don't really want to spend sooo much on this party either. so, i need help on the games/activities, the decorations, and the theme, and the favors. i already bought some Bath and Body Works stuff and candy for the favors to like raffle off, but is that enough.? (i planned to have like a game where the girls randomly pick a wrapped prize and do a little game with that, but one person gets like a 3 oz lotion or a box of movie candy) <-- which is going to be their favors, but is that enough.? Please help with any creative ideas. any ideas are good.! : ) i appreciate your time in helping me. (remember, i don't want things to be dorky or kiddy, but memorable.! : D ) ~thanksss.~
