What is a good free online website for learning Japanese?

I'm trying to learn japanese online, but this is very difficult, as most websites are rubbish. they tell you the words, but not how to say it and they aren't very memorable. And they don't tell you how to use it when speaking. A really good website that does all this would be fab. And another website for Italian with the same applied. Thanks!
