Presentation topic for job interview?

I have a job interview for an Academic Outreach position and I have to give a ten minute presentation on any topic I would like. I can also use any props I would like, Powerpoint, the white board, poster boards, etc. I've been trying to think of situations that would make me the most comfortable, ie: topics and props I am very familiar with. So, I've been a vegetarian for 7 years and thought I could do a Powerpoint about vegetarianism, focusing on reasons for becoming a vegetarian, health risks/benefits, sources of nutrients, informational resources and so on. I was also planning to incorporate vegetarian jokes and silly quotes at the bottom of each slide, and pass out vegan cakepops, and recipe cards at the end, to hopefully make the presentation slightly more memorable. However, I am still afraid that my topic would be fairly boring. Do you have any suggestions? In the past they've had presentations on how to survive the zombie apocalypse, and the molecular structure of a chocolate chip cookie, so the board is wide open.
