Nikon p500 or l120? I don't know what to get!?

I've been checking out the nikon l120 for about a month now and I've decided that i wanted to buy it. But when I had done some research on the p500 I'm starting to be indecisive. I've heard that it's better than the nikon l120 but I really don't know which to pick. Since summer is starting, I want it to be memorable with a lot of pictures with my relatives, so which would you guys suggest? Nikon l120 or the p500. I still have my eyes on the l120 though.
